Not satisfied with your order? We're very sorry to hear that – we'd love to hear how we can make it right.
You can return your order within 60 days, and we'll issue a full refund within 5 business days of receiving your return shipment.
Simple returns in 3 steps
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Complete the contact form or contact kontakt@zdrowa-aura.com, providing your order number.
Step 2: Return your order
Send the products along with the completed returns form to the address provided in the Terms and Conditions and on the returns form. Include the tracking number – as the sender, you are fully responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 3: Receive your refund
Upon receipt of your package, we will transfer the refund to your account within 5 business days.
Important Information Regarding Hygiene Products
For hygienic and customer safety reasons, certain products (e.g., underwear, personal care products, health and wellness products, medical equipment) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Once opened or used, such products cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with applicable hygiene standards.
- All returns via international logistics centers and Kina are subject to tracking codes. Some returns are subject to tracking codes.

Important Information
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept packages without a valid tracking number.
- Unfortunately, products categorized as “hygiene products” cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. This includes (but is not limited to) underwear, personal care, health and wellness products, and medical devices.
